    Lynn S. Fisher


    Lynn graduated from Cache La Poudre Consolidated School class of 1941, but did not receive his diploma until many years later. The document was withheld for monetary reasons.


    Lynn spent the first two years after graduation doing odd jobs and helping around the house. The next 34 months were spent in the Army Aviation Engineers in the South Pacific from Australia to Japan. He did not get home between induction and discharge.


    After being discharged in November of 1945 he went to partnership with his brother and did custom farming for nine years. He then went to work at Forney’s in 1955 and in 1965 ten years later started his job at Woodward Governor Co. It is here where he ended his career in retirement twenty years later.


    For Hobbies he enjoys restoring and working on old cars, reading and assembling furniture from kits. He and his wife Helen have two children.


    Helen had a cornea graft which was successful for about twenty months and went bad. Now she has problems with her vision and does not see so well.
