    Donna June Brown

Donna June Brown worked in the sewing room at St. Anthony Hospital in Pendleton, Oregon, after the children left home. After retirement She and her husband bought a 35 foot fifth-wheel trailer and they both enjoy traveling—especially to historic sites.  She and her husband have visited Custer Battlefield (twelve times), other Indian battlefields, Civil War battlefields, and sites along the Oregon Trail. We were touring Alaska at the time of our 45th anniversary reunion so were unable to attend.

Donna married her love James E. Black on November 20, 1942, and will celebrate their 50th anniversary in the fall. With their family of four children, seventeen grandchildren and three great-grandchildren at the time of this writing they should have quite a celebration.
