Joseph Agustus Brady 's Memories

What I remember of my parents

To my Father, Joseph Augustus Brady II, \"Buster\" A Saint, whom I consider one of the greatest men who ever lived. Thank You POP, I have tried to emulate you but couldn\'t quite make it.\r\n\r\nHe is my Father. He was born May 27th, 1905 and married Alma Gibson Tweed on Aug. 4, 1928 at 47 Fairmont St. Dorchester, MA. She is the daughter of William Harrion Tweed and Florence Dillaby (Smith) Tweed. \r\n\r\nHe had six children. Joseph A. (Me), William Harrison I, June Marie, Louise Alma, Paula Anne (Twin) and Paul Lee (twin).\r\n\r\nBuster attended Dorchester High School, Dorchester, MA but did not graduate. Upon the death of his father, he joined the merchant Marines as s Cabin Boy on the ship Lackawanna Valley. \r\n\r\nMost of the information I could put here you will find also within my story.\r\n\r\nThe family home was considered to be at 4 East St. Bridgewater, MA. where his daughters had horses, which he loved and his younger children went to school. \r\n\r\nHe had a love of cars, big cars. He never could afford to buy a new car but today, if all the cars he ever owned in his life time, if in good condition, would be Classics and worth a small fortune. He finally passed after a series of heart attacks on June 16, 1964. He is buried at the Blue Hills Cemetary in Braintree, MA. Section 22, lot 782.\r\n\r\n

What I remember of my grandparents
